Ensuring Klaviyo and Shopify were properly set up in order to properly start building our strategy.
The core of this project was to create strong, engaging, and converting flows. As such, we created the following flows
- Abandoned Cart flow
- Up-sell flows
- Cross-sell flows
- Thank You Emails
Once these were publised, we ensured the flows were firing correctly.
No automated email marketing is completed without creating & implementing engaging lead capturing forms. Using Klaviyo, we created a signup form for new customers to receive a limited-time discount code.
Klaviyo allows its users to automatically generate discount codes following specific rules. We enabled this feature for Who is Elijah to automatically populate specific emails with discount codes.
