01. How we got here
T&H Digital launched in Sydney in 2020. Teddy and Hannah Luck-Moreau had both spent years at the intersection of technology, operations and commercial growth. Teddy in CRM architecture and systems integration. Hannah in creative direction, ecommerce and UX.T
he agency took on a wide range of work: HubSpot implementations, ecommerce builds, branding, Shopify, marketing automation. Good work, delivered well across a broad range of clients and sectors.
02. The pattern we kept seeing
Across different industries and different clients, the same underlying problem kept appearing. Businesses were running powerful platforms that weren't connected to each other. Sales data in one system. Operations in another. Finance in a spreadsheet. Sensitive information being handled manually because nobody had built a proper bridge between the tools.
The data existed. It was scattered across systems that had never been properly connected. The manual processes filling the gaps were slow, error-prone and unscalable.
The work that solved these problems was consistently the most technically demanding, the most commercially impactful and the most difficult for other agencies to replicate. That pattern was worth paying attention to.
03. Where our edge became clear
The clearest proof came with Plico Energy — a fast-growing Western Australian clean energy business running a solar and battery subscription model. Their customer sign-up required a credit check with Experian. The process was entirely manual: the sales team was copying sensitive customer data between systems by hand, every single application. Each check was taking over ten days. Growth was being strangled by admin.
We built a custom three-way integration: Jotform, a T&H-built webservice, the Experian API and HubSpot. Full downstream automation, a monitoring dashboard, PDF generation and advanced property permissions. Credit check processing dropped from 10.4 days to 20.2 hours. Over 1,100 checks automated. Zero manual data transfers. Nobody on the Plico team has touched a credit check form since we went live.

HubSpot recognised the project as the best custom integration of 2023. More importantly, it confirmed a pattern: complex integration problems, the ones other agencies had already attempted and not solved, kept finding their way to us. That is not a coincidence we chose to ignore.
We still take general HubSpot work. We still do the occasional Shopify build or branding project. But integration depth is where T&H Digital stands apart: the ability to connect HubSpot to almost anything, to build custom webservices where no connector exists, to think in workflows before touching an API. The Plico project was the moment that became undeniable.
04. Where we are now
T&H Digital is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner with the Custom Integration Accreditation. HubSpot's formal verification of expertise in complex, custom integrations with proprietary platforms and non-Marketplace tools.
Our integration portfolio spans ServiceM8, Fergus, AroFlo, OpenSolar, Pylon, SolarQuotes and custom API builds for businesses with non-standard stacks. Other agencies bring us in as the technical delivery partner when their clients need integration work that sits outside their own capability. We take that as a fair measure of where this work sits in the market.
We still take on Shopify, Klaviyo, branding and UX work. It supports the integration story. It does not compete with it for the lead.
