Zapier is a powerful tool for simple, low-volume automation. But it isn't built for the demands of a scaling service business with high job volumes, multiple accounts, and real-time data requirements. API rate limits, silent sync failures, and the constant need to troubleshoot broken 'Zaps' were consuming hours of staff time every week — time that was supposed to be saved by having an integration in the first place.
