How does the Calculations app work in HubSpot workflows?

The Calculations app adds workflow actions that perform maths on record properties.
You can add, subtract, multiply, divide, or run advanced formulas using HubSpot tokens.
How to Build Calculations

Open any HubSpot workflow (Contact, Company, Deal, Ticket, Quote, or Custom Object).

Click + Add action → Calculations.

Choose your calculation method (Simple or Advanced).

In the formula builder, combine properties and constants, eg:
(Deal Amount × 0.2)(Renewal Date – Start Date)

Click Save.

Add a second action: Copy property value.

Under Property or value to copy from, select:
Enrolled contact → Action outputs → Calculation output.

Choose your target property and object.

Turn on the workflow. 🎉
