How does the Enrol in Sequence app work in HubSpot workflows?

Learn how to automatically enrol contacts into Sales Sequences without a Sales Hub Enterprise subscription.

The Enrol in Sequence app adds a new workflow action that lets you automatically enrol any contact into a HubSpot Sales Sequence — even if your account isn’t on the Enterprise tier.

How to Use the App: Create a Contact-Based Workflow
  1. Go to Automation → Workflows → Create Workflow → From Scratch → Contact-based.

  3. Click "From scratch"

  4. Click "Next"

  5. Add your enrolment trigger (for example, Form Submission).

  6. Click the "+" icon to add a workflow action

  1. Select 'Enrol in Sequence' on the left side under Integrated Apps

  2. Select the sequence you want the contacts to enrol into

  3. Select the sender of the sequence, either Specific User or Contact Owner

  4. Click "Save" to save your workflow action.

  5. From here, you just need to turn your workflow on and your contacts will enrol in the sequences automatically.


 

💡 Tip: You can add multiple “Enrol in Sequence” actions across different workflows for different segments or sales reps.
