Why aren’t notes being created in my HubSpot workflow?

Fix: Review your enrollment triggers and test with a record that meets them. -
Issue: Action skipped due to conditions.
Fix: Ensure the “Create Notes” action is placed in a branch that always runs. -
Issue: Missing permissions or disconnected app.
Fix: Reconnect the app under Settings → Connected Apps. -
Issue: Token or field not available.
