What Fergus Sync does

  • Creates or updates Fergus customers from HubSpot companies/contacts.

  • Keeps the Main Contact in Fergus synced with a chosen HubSpot contact.

  • Optionally pulls changes from Fergus back into HubSpot (depending on your configuration: webhook vs scheduled sync).

  • Respects Fergus API rules:

    • Each customer has one Main Contact.

    • The Main Contact is also the Billing Contact.

    • Other “additional contacts” on a Fergus customer are not managed by the API, so they are not synced.
