How do I manage my Tradiate subscription or account settings?

Access your dashboard to manage billing, plans, and support requests.

Your Tradiate dashboard lets you manage your plan, update payment details, view invoices, or request support.

Dashboard Access

  1. Visit https://dashboard.thdigital.au/
  2. Click Forgot Password the first time to set your password.
  3. Log in to view your subscription and app settings.

Manage Subscription

  • Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing.
  • View renewal dates and invoices.

Support

Submit a support ticket directly from the dashboard. Our response time is typically within 24 hours.
