How do I access and manage my Notes for HubSpot Workflow subscription?

Guide to managing billing and subscription settings for Notes.

Access your dashboard

  1. Go to https://dashboard.thdigital.au/.

  2. Click Forgot Password to set up your password the first time you log in.

  3. Once logged in, you can:

    • Manage or cancel your subscription.

    • Discover other TH Digital apps.

    • Submit and track support requests.

Cancel or uninstall

  1. In HubSpot, open Settings → Connected Apps.

  2. Find Notes for HubSpot Workflow and click Uninstall.

  3. In your TH Digital Dashboard, click Cancel Subscription.

    Warning: After cancelling, notes will stop being created automatically.
    Review any workflows using the app before cancelling.
