Use the Calculations app to measure days, weeks, or months between important CRM dates.

Automatically calculate the time between two dates—like contract start and renewal—without exporting data.

Step-by-Step

  1. In your workflow, add a Calculations action.
  2. In the formula panel, select two date properties (e.g. Start Date, Renewal Date).
  3. Choose Date Difference as your calculation type.
  4. Select unit of time (days, weeks, or months).
  5. Click Save.
  6. Add a Copy property value action.
  7. In Property or value to copy from, choose Action outputs → Calculation output.
  8. Select a numeric property to store results.
  9. Turn on your workflow.
