    • Real-time from HubSpot:
      Contact create/update webhooks trigger an immediate sync to Fergus.

    • From Fergus:

      • If webhooks are used: near real-time updates back into HubSpot.

      • If polling is used: updates are synced on the chosen schedule (e.g. every 30 minutes).

    All calls to Fergus respect the 100 requests per minute API rate limit. When the rate limit is reached, Fergus Sync queues and retries requests to avoid failures.
