[Data Sync](https://th-digital.au/support/fergus-integration?hsLang=en-au#data-sync) 1 December 2025 # Triggers and Frequency - ### Triggers and frequency - **Real-time from HubSpot:** Contact create/update webhooks trigger an immediate sync to Fergus. - **From Fergus:** - If webhooks are used: near real-time updates back into HubSpot. - If polling is used: updates are synced on the chosen schedule (e.g. every 30 minutes). All calls to Fergus respect the **100 requests per minute** API rate limit. When the rate limit is reached, Fergus Sync queues and retries requests to avoid failures. - [Enrol in Sequence for HubSpot](https://th-digital.au/support/enrol-in-sequence-for-hubspot?hsLang=en-au#main-content) -
