HubSpot-Fergus Integration Overview

Fergus Sync connects your HubSpot CRM with your Fergus account so your customer details stay aligned between both systems.

The first release of the app focuses on two-way synchronisation of contacts and customers:

  • HubSpot contacts + companies

  • Fergus customers + main contacts (Fergus’s “Main Contact”, which is also treated as the Billing Contact)

This means sales, office, and field teams can work from a single, consistent customer list without re-typing details in two places.
