[Data Sync](https://th-digital.au/support/fergus-integration?hsLang=en-au#data-sync) 1 December 2025 # Current Scope & Boundaries - **Contacts only** This version of Fergus Sync only syncs customer and contact information. Jobs, quotes, invoices, and other Fergus entities are **not** part of this sync. - **Single main contact per customer** Fergus’s API only supports one Main Contact per customer, which is also the Billing Contact. Additional contacts on a Fergus customer are not managed by the integration. - **Company required** HubSpot contacts must have a company association (or company field populated) to be synced as Fergus customers. - **Rate limiting** Very large bulk updates may be throttled to stay under Fergus’s API limit of 100 requests per minute.
