Current Scope & Boundaries

  • Contacts only
    This version of Fergus Sync only syncs customer and contact information. Jobs, quotes, invoices, and other Fergus entities are not part of this sync.

  • Single main contact per customer
    Fergus’s API only supports one Main Contact per customer, which is also the Billing Contact. Additional contacts on a Fergus customer are not managed by the integration.

  • Company required
    HubSpot contacts must have a company association (or company field populated) to be synced as Fergus customers.

  • Rate limiting
    Very large bulk updates may be throttled to stay under Fergus’s API limit of 100 requests per minute.
