How to Install Saular for HubSpot

Overview

This article walks you through installing Saular, connecting it to HubSpot and OpenSolar, and finalising the setup so your customer and project data sync automatically between both platforms.

Quick Start

Visit the official integration page: th-digital.au/hubspot-and-opensolar-integration
Choose a pricing option and complete checkout.
After checkout, you’ll be redirected to the installation page.
Click Launch the App and select your HubSpot account.
Log in with your OpenSolar credentials, confirm settings, and submit.

Prerequisites

HubSpot user with Super Admin or App Marketplace access
Active OpenSolar account with admin permissions
Internet access and browser access to both platforms

Permissions and OAuth Scopes

When you install Saular, HubSpot will ask for permission to access your contacts, deals, and company records. These permissions allow Saular to sync customer and project data automatically between HubSpot and OpenSolar.

💡 Saular only accesses the data needed for syncing and does not modify or store information outside your HubSpot or OpenSolar accounts.

Installation Steps

Go to the Integration Page
Head to th-digital.au/hubspot-and-opensolar-integration
Choose a Plan
Select the monthly, yearly, or custom plan and complete checkout.
After successful payment, you’ll be redirected to the installation page.
Launch the App
Click Launch the App, then select your HubSpot account to install Saular.
Authorize HubSpot Access
Review the requested permissions and click Connect App.
Connect Your OpenSolar Account
Enter your OpenSolar login credentials to finalise the connection with HubSpot.
You can review or modify the sync settings before submitting.
Confirmation Message
Once complete, you’ll see a confirmation message stating your accounts are connected.
You can close the page at this point.
