How do I uninstall or cancel my ServiceM8 + HubSpot integration?
Steps to disconnect safely and avoid data loss.
You can uninstall the app in HubSpot and cancel your subscription in the Tradiate dashboard. The sync will stop immediately after cancellation.
Uninstalling
- In HubSpot, go to Settings → Connected Apps.
- Select Tradiate.
- Click Uninstall.
⚠️ Warning: Uninstalling stops all data sync instantly.
Cancelling Subscription
- Log in to your Tradiate Dashboard.
- Go to Subscription → Cancel Plan.
- Confirm cancellation.
✅ Note: Your HubSpot data remains intact, but updates from ServiceM8 will stop.
