How do I uninstall OneHub and cancel my subscription?

Learn how to uninstall the OneHub app from HubSpot and cancel your subscription through the T&H Digital dashboard.

Uninstalling OneHub and cancelling your subscription are two separate steps — both are required to fully remove the integration and stop billing.

Step 1: Uninstall the app from HubSpot

  1. In HubSpot, go to Settings > Connected Apps.
  2. Select OneHub.
  3. Click Uninstall.

Step 2: Cancel your subscription

  1. Log in to the T&H Digital Dashboard.
  2. Cancel your subscription from there.

Note: When you cancel your subscription, any workflow actions you've added using OneHub will stop functioning.
