How do I install Notes for HubSpot Workflow?
Quick guide to installing and connecting Notes for HubSpot Workflow.
Steps to install

Click the install link below to start the connection:
Install Notes for HubSpot Workflow -
When prompted, select your HubSpot account and click "Choose Account"
Tip: If you don’t see your account, check that you have App Marketplace Access or ask an admin to install it.

Grant the permissions requested and click Connect App.

Once connected, you’ll be redirected automatically. The app will be ready to be used in your HubSpot workflows and appear in your Connected Apps list.
Permissions explained
The app needs access to:

Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, Custom Objects: to create notes on these records.

Read/Write scopes: to read data for context and write notes back to HubSpot.

Media Bridge: to access media or attachments if used in your notes.
Troubleshooting installation

Issue: Account doesn’t appear on install screen.
Fix: Request App Marketplace Access from your admin. -
Issue: “Redirect URI mismatch.”
Fix: Make sure the URI is exactly:https://thdigital.au/notes/live/oauth-callback/index.php

Issue: Can’t connect after permission screen.
Fix: Try logging out of HubSpot and retrying the install link.
