In HubSpot, go to **Automation → Workflows**. 2. Click **+** to add an action and search for **Create Notes in Workflows**. 4. Configure your note details: - **Note Owner:** Choose a user or token (e.g. Contact owner). - **Date:** Use a fixed date or personalization token. - **Content:** Write your note. **Issue:** Action not available. **Fix:** Check that your HubSpot plan supports workflow extensions (Professional or higher). - **Issue:** Note doesn’t appear. **Fix:** Verify that your workflow ran and the record met all enrollment conditions. -
